• The authentication with non-ASCII characters is now possible when using FileDirector built-in domain accounts or Basic authentication.

• Fixed an issue in FileDirector BusinessProcessManagment where an ODBC index import failed when the corresponding field was added to the document type retroactively.

  The dashboard functionality helps you keeping track of your business processes or creating autoupdating charts, based on FileDirector field values.
  • Is part of every FileDirector SBE or Enterprise WebServer licence.

  • The configuration is stored within the corresponding cabinet’s database.

AutoCapture Client

• FileDirector “AutoCapture Plus” was added to FileDirector AutoCapture portfolio.
  FileDirector “AutoCapture Plus” adds the processing of line items, without changing the proven interface.
  The line item information is digitally embedded into an appended PDF file.
  The captured information can either be processed per line item or by using a Single-Line-Mode.
• Use the captured line item information for the allocation of cost codes.
  This additional information is added and digitally embedded into the appended PDF file for further processing.

Enterprise Manager

• The status of the licensed FileDirector module “AutoCapture” is now evident and visible in the cabinet view.

Enterprise Manager, Server

• FileDirector Forms comes now with even more functionality and convenience.
  • Expressions
    • Define automatic calculations, e.g. for your order form (quantity * unit price = total).
  • Responses
    • Define either a static URL, users are redirected to after they submitted a form or define up to three URLs users can select after the submitted a form.
    • Settings can be defined per form.
  • Submit Form Response
    • Each FileDirector 3.8 system comes with an editable Submit Form Response template in html format, which can be easily adapted to your needs.
    • Inform users that a form was successfully submitted, your way.

WinClient

• Users can now print selected pages of a multipage PDF document.
• An option was added that allows a user to add a signature to confirm the user action of the corresponding User Action process step within the FileDirector BusinessProcessManagment.
